The Celebrity

 Ideal for intimate celebrations

Saturday: $2,000
Friday: $1,600
Sunday: $1,500​​

  • 4-hour private event (plus 1 hour setup + 1 hour breakdown)

  • Tables & chairs for up to 72 guests

  • Up to 9 round tables with black or white linens

  • 4 banquet tables with floor-length linens

  • 4 hours of onsite concierge service

(Additional guests are only $10.00 per person)

20% production fee and tax is not included in the package prices

The Broadway

 Perfect for mid-size events

Saturday: $3,000
Friday: $2,600
Sunday: $2,500

  • Private use of the facility for 6 hours (guest arrival to departure)

  • ALL day access and use of facility. Set up as early as 10:00 am

  • Tables and chairs set up for 120 guests (up to 15- 60" rounds) 

  • 120" floor length linens (for 60" round tables in custom color)

  • 4- 6' banquet tables (with floor length custom colored linen)

  • 2- 8' banquet tables (with floor length custom colored linen)

  • 6 hours of onsite concierge service during your event (6 hours total)

The Park Avenue

Venue + Catering Experience

We take pride in offering our exceptional catering services to make your event truly memorable. Our in-house catering services are experienced in delivering top-notch culinary experiences tailored to your preferences.

 

However, we understand that some clients may have specific preferences or existing arrangements with alternative caterers. If you choose to bring in an outside caterer, please note that the venue must be listed as additionally insured by the outside vendor.

 

To ensure a seamless event, there is a $300 charge associated with allowing outside catering. 

 

While we recommend our in-house catering services for an outstanding experience, we are happy to accommodate your choice of an alternative caterer if that aligns better with your event vision. Our primary goal is to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.
