Standard Corporate Rental

Time: 4 hours of event time (+1 hour setup, +1 hour cleanup).

Extended Corporate Rental

Time: Up to 6 hours of event time (All-day access starting at 10:00 AM, +1 hour breakdown).
Includes: Customized table and chair layout, premium linens, and Venue Host.

All catered packages include non-alcoholic beverages.

All prices are subject to applicable local sales tax and a production fee. Our 20% production fee covers operational overhead, setup and teardown staffing, venue insurance and administrative logistics.

Gratuity is entirely optional and never automatically charged.
