VENUE RENTAL 

Best for clients who want to bring their own food, drinks, and decorators.

 

Essential Venue Rental (Up to 72 Guests)

  • Time: 4 hours of event time (+1 hour setup, +1 hour cleanup).

  • Includes: Tables, chairs, standard black or white linens, and Venue Host.

  • Rates: Mon–Thu: $1,350 | Sun: $1,500 | Fri: $1,600 | Sat: $2,000

 

Standard Venue Rental (Up to 120 Guests)

  • Time: 6 hours of event time (All-day setup access starting at 10:00 AM).

  • Includes: Customized floor plan layout, premium upgraded linens (choice of colored linen), and Venue Host.

  • Rates: Mon–Thu: $2,250 | Sun: $2,500 | Fri: $2,600 | Sat: $3,000

Important Details:

  • Package rates cover up to the specified guest count (72 for Essential, 120 for Extended). Additional guests will incur an extra per-person fee, up to a strict maximum venue capacity of 200 guests.

  • ​​Outside catering is welcome for an extra $300 coordination fee. Your caterer must be licensed and insured.

  • All prices are subject to applicable local sales tax and a production fee. Our 20% production fee covers operational overhead, setup and teardown staffing, venue insurance and administrative logistics. 

  • Gratuity is entirely optional and never automatically charged.
