Extended Venue Rental (Up to 120 Guests)

Time: 6 hours of event time (All-day setup access starting at 10:00 AM).
Includes: Customized floor plan layout, premium upgraded linens (choice of colored linen), and Venue Host.
Rates: Mon–Thu: $2,250 | Sun: $2,500 | Fri: $2,600 | Sat: $3,000

Important Details:

Outside catering is welcome for an extra $300 coordination fee. Your caterer must be licensed and insured.

All prices are subject to applicable local sales tax and a production fee. Our 20% production fee covers operational overhead, setup and teardown staffing, venue insurance and administrative logistics.

Gratuity is entirely optional and never automatically charged.
